These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by ORIONIS TECH PRIVATE LIMITED ("Orionis Solutions", "we", "us") through the website orionissolutions.com.
Orionis Solutions provides IT services including software development, website development, mobile app development, IT consultancy, maintenance and support, API integrations, cloud solutions, and automation solutions. All services are delivered digitally and do not involve physical shipment of goods.
By placing an order through our website, you agree to pay the specified amount inclusive of applicable GST (18% for IT services under SAC 998314). Payment is processed via UPI through our payment gateway. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment verification through our webhook system.
As all our services are digital/IT services, delivery is electronic. Project timelines are communicated during the onboarding process after order confirmation. Typical delivery timelines range from 2-16 weeks depending on project complexity. Delivery of services is initiated within 7 business days of confirmed payment.
All prices displayed on the website are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. GST at 18% is added at checkout. The final payable amount including GST is shown before payment. Proper GST invoices are generated for all orders.
Clients must provide necessary information, content, and access required for service delivery in a timely manner. Delays caused by client non-responsiveness may affect delivery timelines.
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom code and deliverables created specifically for their project. Pre-existing frameworks, libraries, and tools used remain the property of their respective owners.
Orionis Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
Our services shall not be used for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes including but not limited to: drugs, weapons, counterfeit goods, lottery, adult content, or tobacco/alcohol without proper licensing.
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through arbitration in Hyderabad, Telangana. The arbitration shall be conducted under the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Hyderabad, Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
