Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all services purchased through orionissolutions.com by ORIONIS TECH PRIVATE LIMITED.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be requested under the following circumstances:

• Service not initiated within 15 business days of confirmed payment
• Significant deviation from agreed project scope without client approval
• Duplicate payment for the same service
• Technical error resulting in incorrect charge amount

2. Refund Timelines

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of payment. Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method (UPI account).

3. Non-Refundable Situations

• Services already delivered and accepted by the client
• Customized work completed as per agreed specifications
• Delays caused by client non-responsiveness or late delivery of required materials
• Requests made after 30 days of payment

4. Partial Refunds

For ongoing projects where work has partially been completed, refunds will be calculated proportionally based on the work delivered versus total project scope.

5. How to Request a Refund

Send your refund request to info@orionissolutions.com with your Order ID, reason for refund, and any supporting documentation. Our team will review and respond within 3 business days.
