Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of payment if service delivery has not yet begun. Full refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
Once project work has begun, cancellation is subject to the following terms: work completed will be billed proportionally, and the remaining amount will be refunded within 10 business days.
Send cancellation requests to info@orionissolutions.com with your Order ID and reason for cancellation.
All our services are IT/digital services. There is no physical shipment involved. Deliverables are provided electronically through: source code repositories, cloud deployments, file transfers, or online access credentials.
Project kickoff occurs within 7 business days of confirmed payment, subject to receipt of required information and assets from the client.
No additional delivery or shipping charges apply. All quoted prices include delivery of digital assets.
As our services are digital and delivered online, we serve clients across all pincodes in India. No geographic restrictions apply.
